Hi,

My son Tim attended the CCV last Sunday and would like to join the club.  We have printed the membership form, however we note that the address on the form (Lewis Thomas Hairdressing) is different from the address on the membership webpage (Kim Barnes).

Can you please confirm which address to send the membershiop form to?
