Minutes of the SORC Meeting Jan 16th 2010
Points of Interest:
Possible proposal to allow large intercoolers to be fitted to RTV's and still allow them to remain within original Class (i.e. Class 4 and not Class 10).
MSA are not backing down on the new spec for crash helmets.
Fuel tanks where visible, must be protected on all sides (Sides and top).
Spill Kits - Strongly advised to have one, mandatory from 1st Jan 2011. Be aware that some Clubs are already insisting that Spill Kits be available for entry to their events.

Vice Charimans Chat
It was forecast as cold, but turned out nice. That’s a pretty good sum up of the weather on the February trial day. It was quite spring like at times which after the long cold period that we have had was a good release.
Club members were in good spirits, and looking at the mud on the motors at the end of the day would suggest that we all enjoyed ourselves.

The Directors of the company have let it be known they have invited Rob Withers to join the Board. This appointment will take effect as soon as registration formalities have been completed at Company House.
I would like to congratulate Rod and Pete on their choice of co-director and wish the three of them every success.
